Thou shalt always confirm the User Maintenance has been done properly.
Thou shalt always train the users in proper User Maintenance procedures.
Thou shalt never permit the use of re-fed or out of spec media, including labels.
T h o u s h a l t n o t i nv e rt the drum c artri dg e .
Thou shalt not change the paper feed rollers.
Thou shalt always carry and use the complete CLJ Service Manual.
Thou shalt always diagnose, confirm the diagnosis, then repair the printer.
Thou shalt not make any unauthorized adjustments.
Thou shalt always use a sealing kit and proper packaging when shipping the printer.
Thou shalt never ship the printer with the developers installed.
This guide is meant to advise that "throwing parts" at Color LaserJets invaribly does not
resolve your problems. It may seemingly clear the problem for a short time, but it will
surely return. Use this book to help you troubleshoot your problems, especially in the Print
Quality area's.
