The Glory of Heracles 2: Titans' Downfallby toma and friends!-*Completed patch version 1.3*-!What this time?! I noticed a couple glitches in peopletalking and stuff like that. Now they are gone. It'sas simple as that!The Contest:Is dead. Why? The item I made screwed up a couplethings I never noticed before. Namely, you couldn'tequip the Flail or the Dagger. Those being the onlytwo weapons available at the start of the game besidesthe Rusty Sword, I figured that I had better makethem work again. I don't think they even worked inthe original 1.0 patch either to tell the truth. Ahwell, that's life. I fixed the only overscrollingbit of text that I found though, so be happy. Thisshould be the final patch unless I find anything else.Oh, wanna know what the secret item was? It was DogPoop. Talk to one of the dogs in Laos at night and itwould poop. Now it just says "Arf arf." Good enough.Game Info:The game rocks. That's all there is to it. That'swhy I started my first attempt, and that's why thesecond attempt worked. Yeah. The game is very DQish,and it's sort of a cross between DQ2 and 3, so allyou DQ fans can either jizz your pants or dis DECOfor ripping off the DQ game system for a game. But hey,it's done. It's the first "big" project (RPG) I've everactually finished translating, so I'm really proud ofmyself. I've been working on it for over two years,so all I can say is that you had all better like it!So here's the kind of instruction manual-esque stuff.I didn't try to get all the descriptions and stuff, becauseto tell the truth, I don't even know what everything inthis game does. Maybe if I had a japanese manual I couldtranslate it too, but I don't. The game is fully playableand beatable and stuff, so that should be good enough foranyone, just think of it as an old game you picked up ata yard sale and you'll be fine... ^_^Walkthrough:This isn't realy a walkthrough, it'll just get ya startedon the right track and help you through the first town,which people seem to have a problem with. First off, youcan't name your main character (or any other character forthat matter) "Herac". This is because your main characterIS NOT Heracles, and the name is reserved for later on.Now, on getting through that town. First thing of all, afteryou talk to the blue haired girl, you have to talk to theguy walking around way off to the left of her in order togive her a name. Then go to the house in the south-eastcorner of town and look under the bed upstairs. It's prettymuch self-explanatory after that, and even that isn't alltoo hard to figure out on your own.
